Sunday, March 29, 14.00-16.30
Black Room, duration: 2,5 h, followed by a common putlock
Registration: Free of charge, limited places. Send an e-mail to brewerandblennow@gmail.com
This workshop focuses on the act of listening. Through different exercises we will tune in with each other and the soundscape around us. The workshop will be practical and explorative. Some of the ingredients are: listening, walking, sounding, drawing and talking. The workshop will be held both outside and inside, please bring clothes and shoes to match the weather.
The research originates from the broad question of what a sounding body is and can be. Brewer & Blennow wish to establish a platform where discussions and experiments can take place across different artistic disciplines.
The workshop runs for 2,5 hours, followed by a putlock for those who wish to stay for a common meal and conversation.
Throughout the spring Brewer and Blennow are facilitating 3 workshops at IAC. This workshop is the second one. Workshop #3 is scheduled for May 31, but stay tuned as things might move around, and make sure to sign up!
