Inkonst and IAC have invited Kate NV & Sasha Kulak to join the international residency for contemporary music, sound art and experimental club culture. The residency aims to create opportunities for professional artists and groups to work and develop in a high-quality, active and exciting cross-artistic environment with a clear link between research and artistic work.

NV is a solo project of Kate Shilonosova, Moscow-based producer, songstress, composer, designer, co-author and front girl of Moscow new wave-post punk band “ГШ”. Kate NV draws inspiration from a wide range of influences, from Japanese pop from the 80’s to concrete music and contemporary classic.

Sasha Kulak, independent director, and Kate NV recently directed the short film для FOR, where a set of the domestic comforts of the daily routines is accompanied by Kate NV’s oddly meditative music.
